Nadege Justiniani
Nadege is a Swiss-Peruvian independent journalist and filmmaker based in Paris, France. She writes feature articles and shoots and directs news videos as well as documentaries.
She reports across the globe including Afghanistan, Ukraine, Lebanon, Armenia and Mexico, developing a strong ability to find underreported stories in some of the most hostile places on earth.
She led an investigation on the selling of young girls in Afghanistan for the digital outlet Brut and covered the femicide epidemic in Mexico for the Agence France-Presse (AFP). Her work has been published in The Guardian, Arte, Libération and Franceinfo, among others.
Her passion for reporting began at the age of 13, inspired by French photographer Patrick Chauvel's book War Reporter. Dedicated to pursuing a career that delves deep into the world’s hidden stories, she reports in English, French and Spanish.
Nadege is HEFAT-trained, holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and a Master’s degree in Journalism from Sciences Po Paris.
